Wk 47-48 2023 Workout Diary

Intro I was travelling in Japan last week so no workout. Just walked a lot 🤣 Sunday I rested so Monday became the start of the week. Monday – Treadmill Walking Tuesday – Weight Training Wednesday – Weight Training Thursday – Treadmill Walking Friday – Weight Training Saturday – Treadmill Walking Note to meself It was after the short business trip to Japan. Eric was very considerate and made this week a “re-introducing week” and keep the workouts light with heaps of rest time. I still felt the tension but not over exhausting myself either. That was really good to my body. Enough shock but not enough to be knackerred.

Intro It’s Autumn here in Quebec now. The morning temperature is around 7℃ but during the day it gets as high as 16℃. Times like this, it’s so hard to figure out what to wear in the morning. Intro Monday was Canadian Thanksgiving. We all know what that means. Food and Drinks!! 🤣 And I did indulge meself loads. It’s not a good start is it. Tuesday Wednesday Friday Notes to meself OMG! Intro Can’t believe we are already in October! We only have three more months left this year… Christmas is around the corner innit! Let’s see how my workouts go this week. Intro Still, I’ve got some muscle pains from last week’s workouts. Especially, my forearm on my right arm has been sooo tight that I have to stretch it all the time. Intro Another week has begun‼️ Let’s hope I can get the good workouts this week. Tuesday Wednesday Friday Notes to meself My squat has gotten much much better and deeper. Since we got down to deeper squats, Eric said not to load up but take the time to finish the reps. My legs didn’t have much strength left after that workouts on Wednesday. Wk 37-2023 Workout Diary

Intro This week will be a next step to bring back the high intensity training. Eric sees it a little bit too early to get back to what we did last month but will get there gradually. Let’s see how the week went. Tuesday Thursday Friday Notes to meself I shouldn’t have said “felt like 60 lbs when I was lifting 90lbs” 🙍‍♂️ He immediately increased the weight‼️ What a surprise‼️ I am squatting 205lbs now 205lbs I’m so so happy with my progress.
