Wk 37-2023 Workout Diary

Intro This week will be a next step to bring back the high intensity training. Eric sees it a little bit too early to get back to what we did last month but will get there gradually. Let’s see how the week went. Tuesday Thursday Friday Notes to meself I shouldn’t have said “felt like 60 lbs when I was lifting 90lbs” 🙍‍♂️ He immediately increased the weight‼️ What a surprise‼️ I am squatting 205lbs now 205lbs I’m so so happy with my progress. Intro Last week’s high blood pressure scare ended up to be “scare” so that’s a relief. I will be seeing Chiropractor and Masseur this week so let’s hope this pressure headache will go away. Wk 35-2023 Workout Diary

Intro From last weekend, I’ve been experiencing a sudden high blood pressure and the headaches from it. I’m not sure if I can train as hard as I did for the past 2 weeks but we shall see. Intro The next two weeks I will be training with Tristan as Eric takes his well-deserved vacation. He studies Kinesiology and Msc Physiotherapy. Intro What a two-week it has been! Brother-in-law’s wedding brought the family together from all around the states and Canada. It was a beautiful wedding so that’s good. Intro What a weekend! I had been drinking and eating shit since last Wednesday nonstop! Intro Workout after a long weekend is always a rough one. I know I ate loads of crap food and countless bottles of wine. Intro It’s been rough getting up in the morning. In order to hit the gym by 7h00, I have to get up by 5h30… Let’s hope my body will get used to it soon 😂 Tuesday Wednesday Friday Notes to meself Alright.
