Intro This week will be a next step to bring back the high intensity training. Eric sees it a little bit too early to get back to what we did last month but will get there gradually. Let’s see how the week went. Tuesday Thursday Friday Notes to meself I shouldn’t have said “felt like 60 lbs when I was lifting 90lbs” 🙍♂️ He immediately increased the weight‼️ What a surprise‼️ I am squatting 205lbs now 205lbs I’m so so happy with my progress. I wasn’t able to squat AT ALL in February when I started working out with Eric. 7 months later, I’m squatting 205lbs. Yep. I’m doing well
