Intro

This week will be a next step to bring back the high intensity training.

Eric sees it a little bit too early to get back to what we did last month but will get there gradually.

Let’s see how the week went.

Tuesday

  • Superset
    • Flat Bench Chest Press : 45lbs x10, 52.5lbs 3 x10
    • Seated Cable Row : 90lbs 2 x10, 105lbs 2 x10
  • Superset
    • Incline Bench DB Fly w/ Twist : 22lbs 4 x10
    • Seated Cable Row (Wide Grip Bar) : 105lbs 4 x10
  • Superset
    • Flat Bench DB Fly : 25lbs 4 x10
    • Rear Delt Fly : 70lbs 4 x10
  • 5 Min Bike Ride

Thursday

  • Squat : 95lbs 1 x10, 115lbs 1 x10, 135lbs 1 x8, 155lbs 1 x6, 165lbs 1 x4, 175lbs 1 x2, 205lbs 1 x1
  • Hip Thrust : 70lbs sand bag 3 x10 (hold 3 sec at the top)
  • Superset
    • Leg Extension : 120lbs 3 x10
    • Leg Curl : 70lbs 3 x10
  • 5 Min Bike

Friday

  • Superset
    • Incline Bench DB Bicep Curl : 30lbs 3 x8
    • EZ Bar Skull Crusher : 50lbs 3 x10

    • Lying Against Incline Bench DB Bicep Curl : 17.5lbs 3 x10
    • Seated Overhead DB Tricep Extension : 45lbs 3 x10
  • Superset
    • Reverse Bicep Curl : 50lbs 3 x10

I shouldn’t have said “felt like 60 lbs when I was lifting 90lbs” 🙍‍♂️

He immediately increased the weight‼️

What a surprise‼️

I am squatting 205lbs now

I’m so so happy with my progress.

I wasn’t able to squat AT ALL in February when I started working out with Eric.

7 months later, I’m squatting 205lbs.

Yep.

I’m doing well aren’t I 😉
