Au Debut

What a two-week it has been!

Brother-in-law’s wedding brought the family together from all around the states and Canada.

It was a beautiful wedding so that’s good.

I need another vacay from this vacay though lol

Wk 31

  • Leg Extension : 70lbs 3 x10
  • Superset
    • Chest Press : 70lbs 1 x10, 100lbs 2 x10
    • Lat Pulldown : 100lbs 1 x10, 110lbs 2 x10
  • Superset
    • Incline DB Bicep Curl : 25lbs 3 x10
    • Seated DB Overhead Tricep Extension : 45lbs 3 x10
  • Superset
    • Crunch : 3 x10
    • Russian Twist with 10lbs medicine ball : 3 x10

Wk 32

  • Sit Squat : 45lbs 1 x10, 65lbs 1 x10, 95lbs 2 x10, 105lbs 2 x10
  • Superset
    • Incline DB Chest Press : 40lbs 3 x10, 45lbs 2 x10
    • Lat Pulldown : 120lbs 3 x10, 135lbs 2 x10
  • Superset
    • Incline DB Bicep Curl : 20lbs 4 x10
    • Cable Tricep Pushdown : 135lbs 4 x10
  • 5 Min Bike Ride

Notes to meself

I wasn’t gonna workout during this vacay but when I saw a good gym at where we stayed in Clayton, NY, I decided to do a quick workout.

Very clean and equipment was alright.

And today was the first day back to my gym and return to the routine.

Eric gave me an easy workout today to ease back into the swing of things.

From next two weeks though, I would be training with a young trainer, Tristan.

It’ll be interesting how the trainings will be with him…
