Notes to me-self
This week, I did only a light cardio but felt sooo good to be back at the gym.
Everyone there was welcoming and that made me feel good, too.
From next week, the real workouts with weights begin and start rebuilding lost muscles again.
No rush but let’s focus on consistency.
